Practical information for PVC Window Price Calculation

"Metretul" is used to determine the total length of PVC profiles used in PVC window and door systems.

Metretule is a unit of measurement used to determine the length of the material, which is two-dimensional but accepted as one-dimensional since one of the dimensions is standard.

The calculation of prices in PVC window systems cannot be made in m². Because different types of PVC joinery can be made within a 1 m² measure. Due to these differences, the amount of PVC profiles used in joinery also varies. These variations cause different prices in m² price calculations. Therefore, the healthiest method is to determine how many meters of tulle the main PVC profiles are in the joinery. When creating PVC window system prices, only the windows are calculated in m².

Frame, window and door sash, middle register profiles, glazing beads, support sheets used in these profiles, gaskets, middle register connection wedges, water drain covers, support sheet mounting screws are included in the metric calculation.

Single opening, double opening, sliding etc. accessories, marble windowsills, glasses, mounting and insulation materials, point detail profiles (corner turn, grill, closing and moldings profiles) and PVC door lambries are not included in the metric calculation. Therefore, when finding the cost of PVC windows, it is necessary to add the product prices that are not included in the metretul calculation to the calculation.

The products included in the metretül calculation include the systems that are within a number of conditions that are defined by standards within the characteristics of the series in each PVC window and door system and are accepted as produced and are not modified.

In some PVC door and window systems that are not included in the metretul calculation, the price calculation is shaped according to the customer's material preference. Because the accessories and glasses to be used vary. This preference also affects PVC window prices. In addition, due to the technical details of the joinery, the detail profiles to be used may also need to be included in the system. The options are not standardized as they will be shaped according to the customer's PVC window preference and technical details. Due to all these factors, these products are priced separately and included in the PVC window price calculation.
